We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!\n\nRequired:\n10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Android development\nDeep expertise in Android ecosystem and SDK development, including knowledge of what Android developers expect from third-party SDKs\nExperience with real-time communication technologies (WebRTC, SIP, RTP) strongly preferred\nProficiency in Java/Kotlin in addition to C++\nFamiliarity with CI/CD systems (CircleCI, Buildkite, GitHub Actions) and mobile build pipelines\nStrong communication skills — able to clearly articulate technical decisions and trade-offs to both engineering and non-engineering audiences\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority\nExperience mentoring engineers and contributing to a collaborative team culture\nFamiliarity with Claude and Github Copilot\n\nDesired:\nExperience with ReSiprocate or other SIP stacks\nPrior work on public-facing developer SDKs\nFamiliarity with supply chain security practices for mobile SDKs\nExperience with Argo CD\n\nLocation\n\nThis role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.\n\nTravel\nWe prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other.
