Strong communicator, fast learner, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Skilled in organizing, tracking, scheduling, and maintaining records and programs to support the J6 BAO. This is a demanding position that requires flexibility and change management skills to work as part of a team or independently on daily tasks and various programs.\nPrimary Duties:\n\nProvide direct support to J6 Front Office. Duties may include Executive calendar management and travel arrangements. Staffing/routing actions to high level contacts, short notice, high visibility taskers. Daily interactions with executive level leadership.\nUtilize local web portals to track and organize programs supporting the J6 BAO.\nAssist the J6 BAO and Staff in the administration efforts, SOCOM J6 training, TMT Taskers, maintenance, and tracking of policy implementation and compliance levels.\nProvide effective communication, self-innovation, teamwork and customer services skills.\nQuickly learn and integrate into the USSOCOM corporate culture.\nDevelop and implement manpower tracking and reporting tools. Maintain accurate personnel records and provide analysis when requested.\nAdditional duties may include:\n\nFlexibly accept assignments supporting various aspects of the J6 BAO and work independently while seeking guidance as appropriate.\nCollaborate with colleagues and customers to support all assigned tasks.\nAssist with the development and review of policy administration documentation as requested.\nAssist the Government in generating reports analyzing and assessing each department’s performance achievements against the standards.\nAssist the Government in preparing briefings and training documentation on operating procedures and requirements.\nCreate reports and data visualizations to make recommendations to leadership.\nMonitor project schedule compliance levels, identify gaps, and potential issues.\nOpen issues tracking and follow up with issue owners.\nProvide planning support for programs including scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring.\nGather and analyze information to develop regular program status reports.\nProcesses all travel and expense reports in a timely and efficient manner.\nProcesses incoming mail and organizes, routes, and distributes appropriately.\nCollaborates with Travel Coordinator in travel preparations.\nOrganizes meetings and events, virtual or otherwise, and assists in planning and preparing agendas and meeting notes, as requested.\nOther duties as assigned.\nThis position is currently temporary 40 hours per week for approximately 3 months with available immediate start until further notice.\nCLEARANCE LEVEL:\n• Must be able to obtain an interim TS/SCI\nPREFERRED SKILLS:\n• Experience in use of portals for document management.\n• Experience working in Defense Travel System (DTS).\n• Motivated interest in managing programs, schedule implementation, and tracking timelines.\nEDUCATION:\n• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university (preferred), currently working on appropriate degree requirements in an accredited college or university will also be considered.\nCompany Information:\neScience & Technology Solutions, Inc.
