The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder relations. The Project Manager will also oversee the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation phases of the project.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement the project strategy, plan, and governance framework based on data analysis and best practices\nManage the project team and vendors using data-driven tools and metrics\nEnsure the project meets the technical, regulatory, and environmental requirements using data validation and verification methods\nMonitor and control the project performance, risks, issues, and changes using data visualization and reporting techniques\nReport and communicate the project status, progress, and outcomes to the senior management and the client using data storytelling and presentation skills\nEnsure the project adheres to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality using data collection and evaluation systems\nFacilitate the smooth transition from construction to operation using data integration and automation solutions\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field\nMinimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale capital projects in the mining industry\nProven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and on quality using data-driven approaches\nStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a data-oriented mindset\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with data complexity and uncertainty\nFamiliarity with the frac sand market and the hydraulic fracturing process and the data sources and standards associated with them\nWillingness to travel and relocate as required\n\nBenefits:\n\nOur client offers a competitive salary, an excellent work culture, career advancement opportunities.
