Criminal and Civil Litigation Associate/Counsel Position – Fully Remote (Exclusive Search)
We have been exclusively retained by a boutique litigation firm that seeks to hire a well-credentialed attorney with good litigation experience and strong writing skills. The firm has a sophisticated and varied practice, roughly split between criminal defense and civil litigation. Criminal matters include CJA (indigent defense) and white-collar work such as healthcare fraud; civil litigation comprises the balance and can range from securities and consumer fraud to commercial disputes.
