Avenue K, Grand Prairie, TX 75050\n\nWORK HOURS\nMonday-Friday 1:00PM - 9:30PM (OT as required and during peak operations Jul-Dec)\n\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT\nThe BSN Sports Embroidery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining either single head or multi-head commercial embroidery machines to create decorative designs on various types of sporting apparel.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\nPrepare and set up embroidery machines for production, including threading, loading designs, and adjusting settings.\n\nImport and manipulate embroidery designs using software to fit specific fabric types and sizes.\n\nMonitor the stitching process to ensure high-quality output, checking for errors or defects.\n\nPerform basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure they operate smoothly.\n\nKeep track of production schedules and inventory levels of materials.\n\nWork with designers and production teams to meet customer specifications and deadlines.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE\n\nFamiliarity with embroidery machines and software.\n\nAbility to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.\n\nCapable of troubleshooting machine issues and making necessary adjustments.\n\nUnderstanding of design principles to assist in the creation of appealing patterns.\n\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE\n\nHS Diploma or GED (required)\n\nPrevious warehouse experience is a bonus\n\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus\n\nAbility to read English instructions.\n\nLearn tasks quickly, be detailed oriented, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.\n\nCandidates are required to see and differentiate colors for accuracy in inspecting the product during and after being processed.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis.
