Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.\r\nWe are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.\r\nWHAT YOU WILL DO: Develop and deliver technical training programs for data center staff (e.g., hardware, networking, cooling systems, power management).\r\nCreate training materials including presentations, job aids and reference guides\r\nConduct hands-on sessions and simulations for troubleshooting and maintenance.\r\nEvaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.\r\nConduct one-on-one coaching and training on an ad hoc basis\r\nConduct follow-up sessions with learners and managers to ensure effectiveness of learning\r\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of data center technologies and best practices.\r\nLiaise with operational and support teams to identify training needs\r\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a data center technician role\r\nStrong understanding of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, power, cooling).\r\nFamiliarity with safety standards and compliance regulations.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nPassionate about helping people learn and develop their skills\r\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA: Experience training or coaching colleagues in a data center environment\r\nPrevious in-person or virtual presentation or public speaking experience\r\nEOS BENEFITS: At EOS IT Solutions, we are committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team.
