Director of Operations | Men’s Wellness | Virginia-Based (Relocation Considered)We’re working with a high-growth men’s wellness company operating three clinics across Virginia, and they’re hiring a Director of Operations at a critical inflection point. This is not a maintenance role. This is about building the engine. You’ll partner directly with the COO and CEO to professionalize operations across clinics, a metrics-driven contact center, and a rapidly expanding telehealth business. The focus is simple: scale what works, fix what doesn’t, and build a system that drives measurable performance.What you’ll own: • End-to-end operations across clinic locations, contact center, and telehealth • Performance of key funnel metrics including speed-to-lead, show rates, and conversion • Contact center strategy, playbooks, and SLA execution • Telehealth operations, scheduling, and expansion into new markets • KPI dashboards, reporting cadence, and operational rigor • Hiring, developing, and leading location and operational teamsWhat they’re looking for: • 5 to 10+ years in operational leadership within wellness, med spa, or cash-pay healthcare • Experience running multi-location service businesses • Strong background in contact center or inside sales environments • Proven ownership of funnel metrics and performance systems • Hands-on operator who can build process, not just talk strategyThe business: • 3 clinic locations across Virginia • 35-person team with both clinical and sales/marketing functions • Telehealth expansion underway with multi-state growth plans • Modernizing tech stack including CRM and automation investmentsCompensation: • $150K to $250K total comp (base + bonus) • Equity potential for the right candidateIf you’ve scaled operations in a performance-driven, multi-location environment and want a seat at the table for a business on an exit track, this is worth a conversation.
