Sr. Network Engineer
Position Summary: The Sr. Network Engineer is responsible for project management and delivery for our clients, and secondarily supporting the service teams as an escalation resource. The Sr. Network Engineer serves as project manager and lead technical contact for projects.

An advanced understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows AutoPilot, Intune), network and storage infrastructure and clustering, business applications, and end-user software. This is a generalist position.
Knowledge of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
Awareness of key business impacts for which implementation and support is being provided.
Ability to R&D new solutions to add to MapleTronics solution stack.
Excellent technical writing skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
The ability to understand, install, and troubleshoot most of MapleTronics’ solution stack.
In-person role at Goshen, Indiana office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sr. Network Engineer will:
Be actively engaged in a professional growth plan.
Provide project delivery that is well planned, well communicated, and well executed.
Implement and improve client solutions efficiently, utilizaing SOPs and automation.
Provide advanced project implementation and technical support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless, virtualization, servers, storage, cloud, file storage, collaboration, and security.
Serve as project manager, lead engineer, and primary point of contact for multiple projects.
Collaborate with project coordinator for efficient scheduling, driving project urgency in client conversations and scheduling.
Identify, address, and communicate project issues promptly to keep on track.
Provide on-site project implementation and support as needed.
Document time, work, and client environment changes in real time.
Contribute to updating project templates, SOPs, and best practices.
Serve as an mentor and escalation resource for less experienced teammates.
Be available for after hours work and part of on-call rotation.
