This is a generalist position.\nKnowledge of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.\nAwareness of key business impacts for which implementation and support is being provided.\nAbility to R&D new solutions to add to MapleTronics solution stack.\nExcellent technical writing skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures.\nThe ability to understand, install, and troubleshoot most of MapleTronics’ solution stack.\nIn-person role at Goshen, Indiana office.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe Sr. Network Engineer will:\nBe actively engaged in a professional growth plan.\nProvide project delivery that is well planned, well communicated, and well executed.\nImplement and improve client solutions efficiently, utilizaing SOPs and automation.\nProvide advanced project implementation and technical support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless, virtualization, servers, storage, cloud, file storage, collaboration, and security.\nServe as project manager, lead engineer, and primary point of contact for multiple projects.\nCollaborate with project coordinator for efficient scheduling, driving project urgency in client conversations and scheduling.\nIdentify, address, and communicate project issues promptly to keep on track.\nProvide on-site project implementation and support as needed.\nDocument time, work, and client environment changes in real time.\nContribute to updating project templates, SOPs, and best practices.\nServe as an mentor and escalation resource for less experienced teammates.\nBe available for after hours work and part of on-call rotation.\n\nThis is not a comprehensive list of the responsibilities and duties associated with the position.
