AR Supervisor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 per year. Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of accounts receivable and collections specialists to ensure efficient operations.Oversee the full AR process, including collections, cash applications, and dispute resolution.Provide excellent customer service when addressing payment issues and discrepancies.Monitor and report on aging accounts to track outstanding balances and disputes.Implement strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding and minimize delinquency rates. Requirements:A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in high-volume collections and accounts receivable management.Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite.Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills for effective team leadership.Meet eligibility requirements to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a drug screening. Qualifications:Display excellent supervisory skills, including hiring, training, and performance management.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies.Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and financial transactions.Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline collection efforts.Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
