Our team works closely with engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users to deliver reliable solutions that protect operations by reducing or eliminating electrical power downtime.Project Manager Position OverviewPowerLogics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful execution of customer projects across our power quality and backup power product lines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects move smoothly from early project stages through fulfillment and service coordination. The Project Manager will maintain accurate project documentation, coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams, and ensure customers receive a seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle. The position will initially focus on managing projects for a specific product line, with opportunities to expand responsibilities as additional product lines and service coordination needs are integrated into the role. This role is focused on project coordination, data accuracy, and operational excellence.What You’ll DoManage projects from early project stages through order fulfillment and completion.Support the sales team during pre-bid phases by helping organize project documentation and information.Maintain accurate and well-organized project records within company systems including CRM and shared project documentation.Coordinate equipment orders with manufacturers and track production timelines,shipment schedules, and deliveries.Manage project documentation including quotes, submittals, and related order records.Coordinate field services such as startup, commissioning or preventative maintenance with manufacturers or service providers when required.Serve as a point of contact for post-sale project coordination including shipment tracking, warranty claims, RMAs, service scheduling and similar.Communicate project status updates with internal teams including sales and accounting, relay information to customers.Ensure project information is complete and accurate to support order processing and invoicing.Help improve internal project management processes and maintain clean, reliable project data.What We’re Looking ForRequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and follow-up skillsExperience working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and documentation toolsExperience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)PreferredExperience in project coordination or inside sales supportFamiliarity with project documentation such as quotations, submittals, technicaldocumentation and purchase ordersExperience working with electrical equipment, construction projects, or technicalproductsWork EnvironmentHybrid work structureInitial training period will require 3–4 days per week in the officeLong-term schedule typically 2-5 days per week in the officePrimary office location: Canton, GeorgiaOccasional travel to Florida (1–2 times per year) may be encouraged or requiredWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the center of project coordination between sales, manufacturers, customers, and internal operations.
