They will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.\nDuties and responsibilities include:\nPrepare meeting agendas, coordinate, and attend working level meetings\nPrepare and distribute meeting minutes\nCollect and distribute action items\nSupport planning activities\nDevelop, prepare, consolidate input and coordinate the production of briefs/presentations\nHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.\nCommunications\nAid in the development, coordination, and dissemination of Program Office communications\n\nRequired Education: Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions.\nRequired Experience: 0-3 years of experience\n\nDesired experience includes:\nExperience with DTS\nExperience with APACS\nExperience with NAVAIR Correspondence Manual.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
