Success in this position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate operational complexity across multiple stakeholders and geographies.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOrder Execution & Customer Support\nManage the full lifecycle of customer material orders from intake through delivery and closure.\nProcess, validate, and track purchase orders, shipments, and fulfillment activities.\nServe as a primary contact for customer order inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.\n\nGlobal Partner & Stakeholder Coordination\nCollaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams across regions and time zones.\nCoordinate order requirements with cross-functional partners including procurement, operations, engineering, finance, and customer teams.\nSupport large infrastructure customers, including hyperscalers and global service providers.\nCompliance & Operational Accuracy\nEnsure all orders adhere to contractual terms, export/import requirements, and internal compliance standards.\nMaintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.\nSupport resolution of order exceptions, escalations, and compliance-related issues.\nHigh-Volume Order Management\nHandle large order volumes with speed and precision while meeting service-level expectations.\nIdentify recurring fulfillment challenges and recommend process improvements.\nSupport reporting on order performance, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.\nCore Competencies\nCustomer-focused execution\nStrong cross-functional collaboration\nOperational discipline and process ownership\nComfort working in complex, compliance-driven environments\nClear communication across global stakeholders\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\nAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain operations, or customer fulfillment.\nExperience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.\nExceptional attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA:\nExperience supporting ISP infrastructure, edge deployments, or large enterprise/hyperscale customers.\nFamiliarity with ERP and order management systems (Jira, Sage/X3, Odoo).\nKnowledge of compliance requirements such as export controls, customs processes, or regulated materials handling.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and escalate risks proactively.\n\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
