Client Advisor
Our client, a fast-growing, award-winning software services firm consistently recognised in the INC 5000 are searching for a Client Advisor to join their team. They partner with some of the world's leading CX, CRM, and ERP platforms, and they're scaling their sales team. This isn't a typical sales role. It's a full-cycle position where you own everything - from outbound prospecting all the way through to close - while also growing revenue within an established book of business. What you'll be doing 🌳 Generating qualified pipeline through outbound (calls, email, social), inbound follow-up, events, and account-based outreach 🌳 Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within an existing client base 🌳 Leading technical, value-based demos tailored to each prospect's environment 🌳 Shaping deals - defining scope, solution design, proposals, and SOWs 🌳 Navigating procurement and legal cycles through to a disciplined close You're a strong fit if you have: 🌳 2–4 years in sales or business development, ideally in tech or consulting 🌳 Experience running a full sales cycle end-to-end 🌳 Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot a bonus) 🌳 SDR or BDR background (highly valued) 🌳 Strong communication skills and the energy to match 💡 The culture This is a team that genuinely loves software and believes anything is possible.
