U.S. government security clearance\r\nBachelor's degree and 10+ years of total experience\r\n4+ years of data visualization or BI development experience\r\nDemonstrated experience building accessible (Section 508/WCAG 2.1) dashboards\r\nExperience with executive-level reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)\r\nWorking knowledge of data management disciplines, including data modeling, data integration, data security, and data quality, sufficient to build dashboards from authoritative source systems\r\nAbility to participate in stakeholder sessions to translate analytic and reporting requirements into dashboard specifications\r\nExperience working within an Agile software development lifecycle\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical/data concepts for audiences of varying technical levels\r\nPreferred:\r\nFederal or regulated-industry dashboard development experience\r\nExperience building dashboards from authoritative/reconciled multi-source
