Lead Operations Supervisor – Lawn, Snow & Facilities

We are a new and growing lawn care & snow removal company launching in the Macomb/Oakland County area, and we’re looking for a motivated, experienced Lead Operator / Supervisor to help build this operation from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone looking for more than just a job. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a crew, and wants to grow with a company long-term. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations while helping shape systems, standards, and processes as the business expands. What You’ll Do: Lead daily lawn care and snow removal operations Coordinate job schedules, routes, and crew assignments Serve as the primary point of contact in the field Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard Train, mentor, and and oversee crew members as the team grows Identify opportunities to improve routing, processes, and overall efficiency Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, plows, skid steers, and related machinery What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in lawn care and/or snow removal operations Proven leadership skills and strong organizational ability Reliable, self-motivated, and ability to work independently Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license required (chauffeur’s license a plus) Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and snow events What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay or salary - based on experience Performance-based bonuses as the company grows Opportunity to help build and shape a new company from the ground up Long-term growth into operations manager / senior leadership role Steady, year-round work across both lawn care and snow seasons If you’re experienced, dependable, and excited about taking ownership in a growing operation, we’d love to talk.
