Qualifications Proficiency in haircutting, beard trimming, straight razor, and other barbering techniquesKnowledge of haircare products and tools, with the ability to provide recommendations based on client needsStrong customer service and communication skills to ensure satisfaction and build rapportAdherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with industry and state regulationsAbility to work as part of a team and maintain professionalism in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentPossession of a valid barber or cosmetology license in IllinoisPrior salon or barber shop experience is a plus
