The right candidate will have proven experience working with Angular framework, Microsoft Dynamics, and GitHub.\nSalary Range: $95,000 to $100,000\nSigning Bonus: $5,000 after successful completion of 90 days of full time employment\nRequirements:\nModify as needed the front-end code using Angular 18.\nWork independently as well as part of a team to develop, test, deploy, and document custom software solutions.\nParticipate in cross-functional development to address strategic business issues involving CRM and critical business functions.\nTake direction from the team manager and communicate progress in a timely manner.\nActively participate in the solutions design process.\nEffectively communicate technical issues and resolve software development problems.\nOther duties as assigned.\nCompetencies\n\nDedicated and committed to building high quality business applications within established timeline.\nAble to follow established best practices regarding software development.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nMust be self-motivated, detail oriented, and meet project deadlines.\nAbility to work independently in a dynamic environment while focusing on project detail and application quality.\nMust be comfortable in a rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous software development environment as business requirements are further refined.\nMust have a desire to excel and possess a great interest in learning and supporting other business platform development needs. This includes supporting and building applications on Dynamics 365 platform as well as supporting custom web site applications.\nExperience and education\nBachelor's degree in related field or 2 or more years of relevant work experience\n1 year or more of professional (for hire) application development\nExperience working with Angular framework is required\nExperience using Angular 9+ with RxJS, Materials, and Bootstrap libraries a plus\nExperience using Microsoft Dynamics (entity management, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows) would be a plus\nGitHub version control to perform GitFlow\nExperience with technologies including SendGrid, Postman, and GitHub is highly desired\nWork Environment: This position works in the BACB office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing.\nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift and carry a laptop, lift files, open filing cabinets, frequently type, bend and reach as necessary is essential to the position.\nPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a regular full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening, holidays, and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
