You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues in the pricing & market access pillar.ResponsibilitiesYou will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Initially, your work will span multiple projects supporting targeted activities which may be different across each project. Those activities include the following:Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approachCreate templated outputs to support overall project deliverableAble to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversightCreate and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-makingCommunicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize valueAt ClearView, you will have the opportunity to refine a broad range of expertise, skills, and connections that will heighten your career.RequirementsThe successful life sciences consultant candidate must have the following skills and experience:Able to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering, etc.), and able to provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projectsStrong written and oral communication skills in EnglishWell-positioned to serve as a mentor for junior team membersEnthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Requires and seeks support for more complex projects or difficult client situationsHighly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problemsQualificationsUndergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalentMinimum three years of experience in life sciences consultingExperience with working on pricing & market access (Global, EU and/or United States) related client projectsDemonstrates curiosity about business and healthcare strategyCommunicates clearly in both written and oral settingsShows enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environmentHas demonstrated leadership or initiative in any settingUses a highly analytical approach to solving complex, ambiguous problemsHybrid work model with a 50% in office expectation in our New York, Boston or San Francisco officeThe starting salary for this position is $130,000 and will also have an performance bonus opportunity as well.What We ValueWe recognize that not every candidate will meet every qualification listed.
