This role requires the ability to coordinate daily operations, track multiple active and upcoming projects, and serve as a key liaison between management and field teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-focused, and experienced in managing construction projects from start to finish.\r\nDuties & Responsibilities\r\nServe as the primary point of contact between management, operations, and field crews\r\nPlan and coordinate all elements of construction project execution\r\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractor timelines\r\nOversee cost tracking, revenue forecasting, and overall project financial reporting\r\nManage labor planning, resource forecasting, and equipment/material procurement\r\nAttend construction planning meetings, project site walks, and client discussions\r\nAssist with quality control and uphold safety protocols across all job sites\r\nSupport field operations by providing direction and addressing on-site needs\r\nEnsure timely project completion within budget and QA/QC standards\r\nReview and approve daily reports, time logs, and all vendor/customer invoices\r\nIdentify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nRequired Skills & Abilities\r\nStrong leadership and communication skills\r\nDetail-oriented with excellent organization and time management\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities\r\nProven ability to manage field teams and support project execution\r\nHighly safety-conscious with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset\r\nStrong understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and reporting\r\nEducation & Experience\r\nMinimum 3–5 years of construction project management experience\r\nExperience in underground infrastructure, trenchless rehabilitation, or municipal/industrial projects is a plus\r\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:\r\nThis is a full-time, exempt position.
