Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a diverse support position at Moonlight Marine, Inc., based in Madisonville, LA, with opportunities for occasional work from home. The role involves all facets of marine repair between the anchor light and the drain plug(s). We service anything that floats, or should; and cover a range throughout the Gulf Coast and beyond. Responsibilities include handling daily tasks, executing assigned projects efficiently, and ensuring successful support across departments to achieve company goals. Qualifications Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaborationAdaptability and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic work environmentsBasic technical proficiency for managing hybrid workflowsPrior experience in marine repairs, survey, and salvage is a plusA proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiativeHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional experience and qualifications in related fields are desirable
