You'll be a trusted advisor to both application teams and healthcare organizations, providing strategic guidance on implementation, project progress, and go-live support.\r\nFrom day one, you'll collaborate with a committed team, making a meaningful impact while growing in the areas that interest you most.\r\nJob Responsibilities Independently manage and complete multi-week integration projects from kickoff to go-live without regular guidance.\r\nExecute tasks related to data gathering, configuration, and troubleshooting for medium-complexity projects across diverse product lines.\r\nUtilize the Redox dashboard and graphical interfaces to design, install, test, and modify interfaces.\r\nMake independent decisions within established practices and procedures to ensure project timelines and technical requirements are met.\r\nAct as a trusted advisor to customer counterparts, communicating effectively on project-specific tasks and identifying integration gaps.\r\nProvide active input on team direction and goals, collaborating to improve internal processes and efficiency.\r\nLeverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and integration research - Redox is an AI-forward company and expects team members to build fluency with our approved AI toolset.\r\nWilling to travel nationwide (5–10%).\r\nRequired Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in technical project management, interface analysis, or data analysis (e.g., Project Coordinator, Interface Analyst, HL7 Engineer).\r\nStrong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR, X12) and API-based data exchange.\r\nAbility to independently troubleshoot connectivity and data mapping issues.\r\nProven ability to handle non-routine situations and multi-week projects with minimal oversight.\r\nPreferred Skills & Experience Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM) to support project work, documentation, or data analysis — we'll discuss your AI experience and scope during interviews.\r\nHealthcare, APIs, Interface Engines\r\nSoftware Platform / Tools Preferred: Jira, Zendesk, Claude, Atlassian Intelligence\r\n$89,000 - $100,000 a year\r\nCompensation: The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $89,000 - 100,000 per year.
