Job ObjectiveManages pharmacy personnel and ensures the safe and effective management of high-cost agents in the treatment of high-risk patients. Ensures compliance with corporate and hospital policies and procedures and compliance with State and Federal regulations regarding Pharmacy practices. Assists in fiscal planning with departmental budgets.
