Early Childhood Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing the daily program for the children. Share responsibilities of maintaining a clean and orderly classroom Help with meals and snacks. Promote family style meals. Maintain the health and safety of all children. Create a fun and safe learning environment May be required to work in a variety of age groups as needed. Experience: Experience working with young children in a childcare or classroom setting preferred but not required Familiarity with behavior management techniques for early childhood education Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members. Passion for early childhood education and for creating a supportive learning environment.
