Job Description About the jobDo not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.We are a Personal Injury firm based in Beverly Hills and we are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven attorney to join our robust plaintiff-side practice focusing on sexual abuse/mass tort litigation. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for survivors in high-impact, complex cases, including coordinated proceedings and multi-plaintiff litigation.The ideal candidate has experience in personal injury and/or mass torts and is comfortable handling cases from pre-litigation through litigation, with a strong emphasis on client interaction and case development.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a high caseload of sexual abuse/mass tort mattersConduct client interviews with trauma-informed sensitivity and professionalismBuild strong cases: liability analysis, damages development, and evidence gatheringDraft pleadings, demand packages, and settlement communicationsHandle written discovery, including drafting and respondingTake and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)Coordinate with experts, investigators, and support staffParticipate in global settlement discussions and mediationAggressively push cases toward resolution, mediation, or trialNavigate coordinated proceedings and large-scale litigationQUALIFICATIONS:J.D. from an accredited law school and an active California Bar license in good standingExperience in personal injury, mass torts, or civil litigation (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)Experience with Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings (JCCP) or similar multi-district litigation (MDL) is a plusBilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not requiredExperience with sexual abuse cases, high-volume dockets, or coordinated litigation is a plusStrong drafting, negotiation, and case management skillsComfortable handling sensitive client matters with empathy and discretionAbility to manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage a teamAbout Us:Founded in 2010 we are a personal injury law firm based in Beverly Hills that takes pride in representing clients in a wide range of personal injury cases.
