You'll be joining over +350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Here are the details\r\nWhat you'll do Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities for a team of 3 to 6 engineers\r\nTake ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security\r\nSupport the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time\r\nFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment\r\nHave fun\r\nWhat we're looking for Strong hands-on background with 5+ years in data engineering (e.g. SQL, Python, Spark or similar distributed processing frameworks)\r\n2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions\r\nExperience designing and operating reliable data pipelines in production (batch and ideally streaming / event-driven systems) and making data modelling decisions\r\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders and external business partners\r\nProven ability to lead initiatives from inception to successful delivery, collecting business requirements and converting them into actionable technical ones\r\nNice-to-Have Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g. Kafka or similar)\r\nExperience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, Databricks, Redshift or similar)\r\nExperience evolving domain data models in operationally complex environments\r\nGrow with us: We may move fast at Prima, but we move together.
