Treasury AnalystUp to $80K + Bonus | Hybrid Schedule (4 Days In-Office, 1 Day Remote)We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our growing accounting and finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while supporting critical treasury operations, banking relationships, cash management initiatives, and day-to-day accounting functions.The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, and contribute to the continued success of the organization through effective financial operations and process improvements.This position works directly with the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Corporate Accounting on strategic projects and treasury initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury & Banking OperationsOpen and manage new bank accounts, including preparation of entity documentation and banking formsMaintain and update treasury and accounting platforms including Yardi, Paymode-X, SAP Concur, and Bank of America WorksSupport treasury system implementations and process improvement initiativesAssist in the development of short- and long-term cash forecasting and reporting toolsPrepare and distribute treasury reporting packages for managementMonitor and help manage financial risks including cash flow, interest rate exposure, and credit riskCoordinate account closures and maintain accurate online banking access and account informationPrepare W-9s and wire instructions for developers and lending institutions, including verbal verification of wire instructionsAssist with the timely processing of wires, ACH transactions, direct deposits, and fund transfersVendor & Accounting SupportCoordinate vendor onboarding and maintenance within Yardi for both Property Management and Development operationsPrepare billing instructions for vendors and maintain accurate property/vendor recordsAssist with annual reserve withdrawals for Property Management Companies and Housing AuthoritiesRecord predevelopment loan interest entries to the general ledgerSupport the Financial Reporting and Compliance team with entity setup and compliance-related activitiesProvide additional administrative and accounting support across the department as neededWhat We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with treasury operations, banking platforms, or accounting systems preferredProficiency with Excel and financial/accounting softwareCollaborative mindset with a commitment to professionalism and customer serviceWhy Join Us?Competitive compensation up to $80K plus bonus opportunityHybrid work schedule with one remote day per weekOpportunity to work closely with executive finance leadershipCollaborative and team-oriented cultureExposure to treasury strategy, banking o
