Everyone on our team contributes directly to how campuses and organizations bring people together in the real world.Role OverviewRecRe is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate is someone with demonstrated sales success, is results-oriented, and comfortable in an evolving startup environment. The ideal candidate has a track record of building relationships and closing deals for new products and services.As an Account Executive at RecRe, you’ll be responsible for driving new business through a mix of targeted outreach, outside sales and relationship building. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in at least two prior sales roles who can excel in high-volume inside sales activity while also managing longer, consultative sales cycles. This role is designed for someone who is eager to quickly grow into a senior sales leadership position as RecRe continues to scale.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage new campuses and properties using RecRe’s targeted sales approach.Inside Sales Execution: Drive high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate and qualify new opportunities.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with administrators and stakeholders.Demos and Pitches: Lead compelling presentations, demos, and conversations in meetings, at conferences, and networking events.Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quotas with a focus on new business development.Market Feedback: Share insights from the field to shape product improvements and sales strategies.Travel: Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (5–7 days per quarter). Other duties assigned by the SupervisorQualificationsBachelor’s degree required4+ years of B2B sales experience across at least two prior rolesExperience in inside sales and comfort with high-volume outreachProven success in startup or SaaS environments, and/or selling into real estate or higher education markets with long sales cyclesExperience working in a Remote EnvironmentExperience with HubSpot or similar CRMFamiliarity with higher education administration and operations is a plusExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, collaborative, and results-orientedComprehensive background check will be requiredHave no criminal convictions that would disqualify you from working on a university campus based on partner policiesWho You Are:You’ve held multiple sales roles and know how to bring those experiences into a growing startup.You’re eager to build something from the ground up and motivated by the opportunity to grow into a senior sales leader.Highly coachable with a growth mindset—you actively seek feedback and apply it quickly to improve your performance.You bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and take ownership of outcomes.Analytical and resourceful, with initiative to tackle tough challenges.A strong teammate who thrives in collaboration.Passionate about your work and proud of the results you deliver.What We Offer:Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential100% Premium coverage of benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.Flexible PTO policy designed to support work–life balanceAn opportunity to be a part of and help build a forward-thinking company that values innovation and quality.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for personal and professional development
