Technical And Operational Project Support ProfessionalIn Insuco Colombia, we are looking for a professional who will provide support to the technical and operational management of projects, contributing to the development of proposals, follow-up of activities, and information management. This position will be linked under a service provision modality for an initial period, with the possibility of changing the type of contract according to evaluation. Objective: Contribute to the development and execution of projects by providing support in the development of proposals, follow-up of activities, and information management, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Scope: R1: Contribution to the formulation and preparation of projects - Support the development of technical and economic proposals in line with the defined methodological guidelines. - Identify project opportunities through the review of portals, calls, and tenders. - Participate in coordination spaces within the framework of assigned projects. R2: Support for project execution and follow-up - Contribute to the implementation of activities included in the work plans of the projects. - Follow up on activities, deliverables, and progress within the framework of the projects. - Support the organization and updating of information and databases. - Develop inputs, reports, tables, graphs, and other products associated with the projects. - Provide support in the review and improvement of the quality of technical reports and deliverables. R3: Support for knowledge management - Support the development and updating of internal formats and instruments (minutes, project files, among others). - Contribute to systematization and information management activities. - Develop other activities related to the projects, according to the specific requirements of the same. Required profile Education: Professional in Sociology, International Relations, Human Sciences, or related fields. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in similar functions (desirable). Others: Intermediate English (desirable).
