We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Math Teacher to join our school community starting August 2026. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering effective mathematics instruction that supports student growth and achievement across grades 7-12. Responsibilities include developing relevant lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, assessing student progress, and using data to guide instruction. The teacher will foster a positive classroom environment, encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.Successful candidates will also possess a willingness to take on leadership opportunities and a commitment to continuous professional growth. Support of the school's mission and community values are essential components of this role.Lodge Grass Public Schools currently educates approximately 450 students in grades K-12. Our high school's enrollment is expected to be approximately 225 students in grades 7-12 next year.Lodge Grass is a small, rural community located in south-central Montana. Nestled between the Wolf Mountains and bordered by the Little Bighorn River and Lodge Grass Creek, the town offers scenic surroundings and a peaceful, close-knit environment rooted in strong cultural traditions.
