Saratoga Medical is currently hiring an Occupational Therapist to work on St. Louis, MO. The compensation package includes a competitive rate, paid time, medical benefits and the opportunity to provide care and services to the members of our military.Required QualificationsEducation: Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.Licensure: Current, unrestricted OT license in Missouri.Certifications:Current CPR certification.Recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).NBCOT National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in hospital or ambulatory care settings, depending on specialty.Skills:Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient education.Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).The Occupational Therapist (OT) will assess patients' abilities, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily functioning. The OT will educate patients and families, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure accurate documentation in electronic systems.
