Supervisor

Supervisor Latrobe, PA CHS is partnering with a client to hire a Production Foreman/Supervisor who will oversee daily plant and press operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role works closely with the Plant Manager, production scheduling, and quality teams to coordinate resources, minimize downtime, and address quality issues.Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 12am-8:30am*Training required on 8:00am-4:30pm shiftPay: $20-25/hour, based on experienceTemp-to-HireWhat You'll Do:Start up and shut down the plant and production pressesCommunicate with adjacent shifts, production scheduler, and Plant Manager regarding mold changes, machine priorities, startups, and quality concernsCoordinate crew leaders, mold setters, and material handlers to meet production and quality goalsMonitor workflow, reduce downtime, and ensure efficient use of resourcesMaintain process parameter documentation for production molds and equipmentCommunicate with Quality on issues and implement corrective actionsInvestigate product discrepancies and implement preventive measuresProvide documentation for tool and equipment repairsSupport production coverage for overtime, early starts, and call-offs as needed What We're Looking For:Strong press and mold knowledgeGeneral computer skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to work mandatory weekend overtime and occasional voluntary overtimeFlexible to work any assigned shift and adjust hours as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbs
