With approximately 14+ manufacturing locations, Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in supporting the organization's continued success.\r\nThe Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator provides operational and administrative support throughout the recruiting lifecycle while helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This individual will partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to coordinate interviews, support sourcing initiatives, manage offers and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.\r\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, candidate experience, multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.\r\nSchedule: Approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
