This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative group of cardiologists in a patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality cardiovascular care.Position Details:• Conduct outpatient cardiology evaluations, follow-ups, and routine management• Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans• Educate patients on cardiovascular health, medications, and lifestyle modifications• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetingsQualifications:• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)• Experience in cardiology or internal medicine preferred• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation & Benefits:• In addition to unmatched potential for flexibility and career growth and a competitive salary with incentives, a comprehensive benefits program is available for full-time colleagues.
