Position Summary:
The AllTech Tracking, LLC Automated Speed Enforcement Manager oversees the deployment, maintenance and data management of the Automated Speed Enforcement System. The Automated Speed Enforcement Manager is also responsible for developing protocols for camera activation and monitoring, ensuring compliance, performing quality control, handling audits and data transfers to relevant authorities. Other responsibilities include planning, directing, coordinating and ensuring successful daily operations. Specifically, overseeing all quality assurance activity.
The role requires strong leadership, technical proficiency and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement operational protocols and guidelines for automated speed
camera operations and data handling, ensuring compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements.
● Oversee the setup and configuration of speed cameras and related equipment in
designated locations.
● Coordinate with field engineers to monitor status of the automated speed camera
system, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning correctly and capturing data
accurately.
● Ensure the secure and accurate handling and processing of documentation, and
the transfer of speed violation data to appropriate authorities.
● Coordinate the maintenance of equipment and perform basic troubleshooting on
automated speed camera systems.
● Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any inefficiencies or
gaps in the system.
● Successfully manage, train and supervise the entire speed camera operations
team, ensuring daily performance proficiency and compliance by department.
● Oversee all quality assurance and audit activity by department.
● Prepare weekly reports for the executive team.
● Other duties as assigned by the COO.
Position Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree.
● 3-5 years of operations management experience preferred in traffic enforcement
or surveillance is a plus.
● Knowledgeable in legal and regulatory requirements related to traffic
enforcement.
● Knowledge of backend operations of speed enforcement.
● Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
● Strong time management, attention to detail and organizational abilities.
● Clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordination.
● Ability to handle problems quickly and efficiently.
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
● Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
● Excellent computer skills including proficiency in the most current cloud based
applications (google suites).
● Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends as needed).
● Ability to relate courteously to people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Clear background and drug check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
