Data Integrity Manager

The Data Integrity Manager acts as the primary custodian of the organization’s foundational data. This role is responsible for the end-to-end governance of Supplier and Customer master records, ensuring that data is captured accurately, maintained rigorously, and remains unique across all business lines. By managing the single source of truth, you will empower the business to make informed decisions, improve supplier relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure all master data is accurate, complete, and timely.Implement proactive measures to ensure data is unique across all business units, preventing redundant records and fragmented reporting.Maintain the complex hierarchy of legal entities, parent companies, and local branches to reflect true business structures.Facilitate the gathering of legal, contact, and tax information from internal requesters and external partners.Categorize suppliers by purchasing group and industry category to enable strategic sourcing and spend analysis.Extend supplier data to specific sites and locations based on sourcing requirements to ensure seamless procurement workflows.Manage the intake of customer information, ensuring all legal and contact details are verified.Classify customers by business segment and price groups to support sales strategy and automated pricing accuracy.Manage the extension of customer data to relevant branches and delivery locations to ensure operational efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Data Stewardship: A quality-first mindset with extreme attention to detail in legal and contact information.System Proficiency: Experience managing master data within the ERP environment.Process Design: Ability to create clear workflows for data requests, validation, and approvals.Collaboration: Ability to work across departments to resolve data conflicts.Data Stewardship: A quality-first mindset with extreme attention to detail in legal and contact information.System Proficiency: Experience managing master data within the ERP environment.Process Design: Ability to create clear workflows for data requests, validation, and approvals.Collaboration: Ability to work across departments to resolve data conflicts.
