$1500 Sign-on BonusGeneral Job DescriptionThe Fund Development Manager will design and implement comprehensive strategies to secure financial support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies. This role is also responsible for building awareness and engaging the community in support of fundraising efforts. To achieve success, the Fund Development Manager must have a proven track record in fundraising, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to inspire donors, and be able to work collaboratively and autonomously.Fundraising Strategy Key responsibilities: Develop and execute annual fundraising plan for individual, foundation, and corporate giving in collaboration with the CEO and members of the Philanthropy & Marketing department. This includes annual giving, special events, grants, and major gifts to achieve short-and long-term goals.Fundraising Campaigns & Communications Manage solicitation mailings and digital campaigns including the annual fund, Giving Tuesday, 401Gives, and others with support from Marketing Manager and Director of Philanthropy & Marketing. Solicit client and organizational success stories from Program Directors Write content for fundraising appeals, newsletters, monthly donor program, and donation campaigns. Oversee the creation and distribution of donor correspondence such as thank you letters/emails, annual report, and acknowledgments on social media and website. Event Planning & Management Manage the planning and execution of events including logistics, budgeting, volunteer management, sponsorships, and donation solicitations while maximizing revenue. Support from Philanthropy & Marketing team. Donor Cultivation And Stewardship Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors by providing superior customer service. Implement donor recognition and stewardship programs to ensure all donors feel appreciated. Facilitate donor calls, meetings, site visits, and solicitations by the Director of Philanthropy & Marketing and CEO. Data Management & Reporting Oversee donor database (DonorPerfect) management to ensure accurate records and tracking of donor interactions. Analyze fundraising data to evaluate results and identify areas for expansion. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of three years' experience, in non-profit fundraising with a proven track record of successfully achieving fund development goals. Experience directing annual appeal and individual donor efforts, as well as managing events and establishing relationships with corporate donors. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders. Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate mission and fundraising needs. Ability to utilize database (DonorPerfect) to track donations and maintain donor information. Proven attention to detail and disciplined project management skills; ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and respond to short deadlines. Maintain the highest level of integrity, discretion, and respect for donor confidentiality. Passion for and commitment to the Network's mission, values, and goals.
