Also, you will assist in receiving and resolving tasks assigned through the ticketing tools or emails.\nInterface with ADP's development teams and infrastructure teams for issue resolutions. You will develop and document ADP's operational procedures, while creating new knowledge articles to capture new learning for reuse across the ADP international organization. Analyze, resolve, and close assigned incident tickets. Research and resolve technical and applications issues. Recommend and drive process enhancements, and identify common issues in systems and processes.\nProvide technical support to internal and external users regarding the resolution of production issues, processes, and procedures; respond promptly and professionally; analyze impact and scope to determine tier-one resolution. Skilled in running and creating queries via QMF; modify query output; provide end users with daily reports.\nSupport system implementations and projects; assist in all technical problems (i.e. performance, security, etc.) for the multi-products supported by SBS. Effectively troubleshoot, replicate and develop workarounds as needed and in interim to ensure client service. Document and communicate the results to internal and external users, corporate development, external business partners, and/or clients. Identify user needs and requirements to existing and proposed system issues; document user requirements thoroughly via Service Desk (SD).\nMaintain appropriate record of resolution through the SD system. Use Knowledge Management database to locate solutions to issues. Ensure case notes thoroughly detail the problem and resolution are comprehensive of the issue and are documented professionally.\nProvide complex technical expertise for industry standard, database applications. Review and communicate compliance obligations, highlighting client service opportunities and/or enhancements.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:\nYou'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent. Preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience (Required)\n5+ years of experience writing SQL queries.\nAbility to read underlying application code based on business technical requirements but may include (Ecode, SQR, PL/SQL, and Java) and have an understanding of program functionality.\nDemonstrated computer literacy and ability to prioritize tasks/schedules.\nProven ability to manage time, projects and multiple competing priorities.\nAbility to work under pressure of time constraints, and to prioritize assignments as necessary.\nExcellent oral and written communications and phone skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively regarding areas of the ADP products that are unfamiliar\nProficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel Proficiency in using PC\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nCertification in areas related to programming, operating systems, database administration or network operations.\nDatabase administration or engineering; system administration; network administration; software application support / helpdesk experience.\nYOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:\nHave courageous team collaboration.
