The selected candidate will lead the Tax Modernization effort and support maintenance activities.\r\nResponsibilities Obtain business requirements to develop automated applications that meet business priorities.\r\nProvide lead programming duties for tax-related applications.\r\nDevelop and mentor staff using J2EE, Spring, JSON, JavaScript, and JDBC.\r\nDevelop and review detailed documentation for system and program change requirements, including detailed specification documents.\r\nAssist and provide guidance through all phases of the project management life cycle.\r\nDevelop unit test plans based on coding changes and user specifications; conduct unit testing and debugging of all code changes in the development environment.\r\nCoordinate the migration of all code changes (programs, procedures, etc.) from development to user test environment.\r\nAssist team members using distributed technologies including Java, DB2, XML, and XQuery; ensure proper training and mentoring.\r\nProvide support for defects and issue resolution, addressing defects and issues promptly based on priority.\r\nFacilitate and participate in meetings with ITS and customers.\r\nCommunicate verbally and in writing with management, users, ITS management, and team members.\r\nQualifications Involved with all facets of the software development process, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation of computer software.\r\nAbility to work independently without assistance.\r\n36 months experience with J2EE technologies, including JDBC, JSP, and XML.\r\n36 months experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs such as Eclipse, NetBeans, or IntelliJ.\r\n36 months experience writing SQL statements for relational databases.\r\n24 months experience using J2EE frameworks such as Spring or Struts.\r\n12 months experience in messaging technologies such as MQ, JMS, or Kafka.\r\n12 months experience developing with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\r\n12 months experience with commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or open-source Business Rules Management System.\r\nFor immediate response: 732-640-2404 or send your resume to RecruiterPK@Trigyn.com.\r\nTRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and has been in business for 35 years.
