While implementing various phases of planning, site evaluations, analytical designs, report preparation, specifications, and preparation of proposal and construction documentation and electrical plans as part of a team, the candidate will work with a diverse portfolio of project types and clients.\n\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\n\nUse drafting software for client projects after being trained.\nWork with Engineers to implement design changes into the system.\nPerform Field Technician duties as needed by TechServ.\nPlan and drawings for production work including problem analysis, design layout, and calculations on non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity.\nExecute a variety of electrical design assignments using the client's distribution standard drawings and comply with NES procedures.\nExecute changes to designs or sketches and redlines or mark-ups on ongoing projects.\nAnalyze reports, drawings, and tests to plan and design projects.\nInterpret and incorporate design codes and specifications related to design requirements.\nReview design drawings for quality assurance within scope, budget, and schedule. Perform project tasks and assignments within budgeted hours and deadlines.\nWork with leaders and team members to facilitate/support internal change efforts to increase organizational effectiveness.\nAssist with the set-up of projects in applicable project management systems.\nAssisting with developing proposals, work plans, budgets, and project scheduling as well as assisting with managing each deliverable will be required.\nAssist with organizing and maintaining project files and client deliverables and project communications.\nResponsible for accurate data entry on projects.\nThis description is a general statement of required essential functions performed on a regular and continuous basis.
