Job DescriptionTCS is currently looking for a Solutions Lead for Digital Thread / Product Lifecycle Management for the Medtech domain. As a Senior Consultant in PLM, Digital Thread and Digital Twin Strategy, this role will lead strategic engagements and advisory services with global clients across the Medtech industry covering: Patient monitoring, Therapeutic and diagnostic devices.Key objectivesContextualize existing offerings and solutions and develop new offerings and solutions for this market segment. Engage with customers to position these offerings and build mindshare specifically for MedtechConsolidate and grow the Medtech PLM/ Digital Thread services businessResponsibilitiesDefine and drive enterprise-wide digital thread and twin strategies, enabling connected digital enterprises through model-based systems engineering, cloud transformation, and intelligent automation in the Medtech IndustryManage the offering life cycle – conception, development, branding and positioning and continuous upgradeWork closely with the Sales / Account and Presales teams to create and nurture new market opportunitiesSolution ownership for response to proposals and Proactive Build and nurture relationships with key customer executives to position TCS solutions and our brandQualifications15 years of relevant experience Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a leading college A sound understanding of the Medtech value chain covering the various processes including R&D, Product Development, product lifecycle Management and Manufacturing10–15 years of combined domain and IT experience in global OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers (automotive, heavy engineering, asset-intensive sectors, etc).5+ years in PLM strategy consulting, including business case development and agile roadmap execution.Proven experience in leading or contributing to enterprise-wide Digital Thread/Twin strategy, PLM initiatives.Strong understanding of MBSE, RIM, regulatory standards, ECM, BOM Management, Quality and CAPAFamiliarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.Sound Experience with one or more PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA) and integration with IoT/ALM systems.Experience in Discreet and Process Manufacturing Business Processes, Technologies, Systems and Tools used for Engineering, Manufacturing and Maintenance functions of Enterprises in various industry domainsStrong relationship and interpersonal skills. This role has many internal stakeholders and the successful candidate must be comfortable handling complexity in a diverse environmentDemonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest, credibility and trust.Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills a mustOpen to travel as per business needsSalary Range: $176,900-$217,000 a year
