As we continue to grow, we are seeking positive, motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our Dispatch team.In this role, you will support customers and field technicians while coordinating service requests across North America. Our environment is collaborative, fast-moving, and constantly evolving. We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a hospitality-driven mindset who can thrive in a high-energy remote environment.ResponsibilitiesPrioritize, coordinate, and schedule work orders for field techniciansSupport customers and technicians throughout the service processRecruit and schedule technicians for service requestsMatch technicians to jobs based on skill set, tools, location, and availabilityNegotiate competitive ratesMaintain accurate documentation and detailed data entryHandle a high volume of inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and internal systemsNavigate multiple systems and changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentEnsure timely service delivery and exceptional customer experienceWhat Success Looks LikeStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityAbility to multitask and adapt quicklyCalm and professional communication under pressurePositive, solution-oriented mindsetExcellent follow-through and attention to detailAbility to build strong relationships with customers and techniciansRequirementsAvailability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime flexibility as neededAbility to travel to TST headquarters for approximately two weeks per year for training and team-building eventsPrevious experience in customer service, dispatching, recruiting, hospitality/restaurants, call center, or sales environments preferredProven ability to manage a high volume of communication and multitask effectivelyStrong verbal communication and active listening skillsFriendly, empathetic, and professional customer service approachStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable navigating multiple computer systems and technology platformsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentAlignment with the core values and culture of Tech Service TodayWhy Join TST?Many of our successful team members come from hospitality, restaurant, customer service, recruiting, and sales backgrounds.
