This role operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime.\n\nEmployees are eligible for benefits on the first day of employment which include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, annual bonus program, paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, a great working environment including 100% climate-controlled facility and much more! Transport valves to designated workstations efficiently.\nEnsure production targets are consistently achieved. Immediately notify the supervisor of any assembly supply shortages.\nCarefully interpret and adhere to instructions from engineering blueprints, work instructions, and Engineering Test Orders.\nSkillfully operate assembly and torque tools. Inspect defective valves and conduct repairs to meet required specifications.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.\nCandidates should demonstrate basic math proficiency and strong reading and writing skills.\nThe role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs. good motor skills are essential.\nMechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes are necessary.
