Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Service Associate, based in Cincinnati, OH, with opportunities to work remotely part-time. The Client Service Associate will support the firm’s financial planning and investment management teams by providing high-quality client service. Responsibilities include facilitating client communications, onboarding processes, account maintenance, and responding to client inquiries. The role requires proactive coordination with team members to ensure an outstanding client experience. Qualifications Proficiency with Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer SupportStrong Communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, professional, and responsive client interactionsBasic understanding of Finance concepts or willingness to learnHigh attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
