This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the voice, identity, and impact of a global brand during one of the most dynamic periods in our company's history.Our team proudly develops campaigns and activations alongside major sports organizations including the Florida Panthers, New York Yankees, NASCAR, and LA Galaxy, giving our marketing department exposure to projects rarely available in traditional marketing roles.What You'll DoAs a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving brand growth and supporting marketing initiatives across multiple channels and brands.Responsibilities:Manage and support marketing activities for multiple HVAC brands across the United States.Coordinate national marketing initiatives with distributors, contractors, and retail partners.Develop and manage promotional products, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral.Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee production from concept through delivery.Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.Support activation opportunities related to our partnerships with the Florida Panthers, New York Yankees, NASCAR, and LA Galaxy.Manage print materials including catalogs, brochures, signage, sales tools, and other branded assets.Coordinate marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met across multiple initiatives.Assist with content creation, brand storytelling, social media, and digital marketing efforts.Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support business growth.Contribute ideas that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market presence.QualificationsRequired:5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, or marketing leadership role.Experience managing promotional product purchases and vendor relationships.Strong background in print production, catalogs, marketing collateral, and branded materials.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.Experience using Canva.Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience coordinating sponsorships, events, trade shows, or brand activations.Experience working in a distributor, manufacturing, construction, HVAC, or B2B environment.Experience supporting multiple brands or product lines.Why Join Cooper&Hunter?Join one of the fastest-growing HVAC brands in North America.Work for a global organization with operations in 55+ countries.Participate in high-visibility marketing campaigns and major sports partnerships.Be part of a creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial marketing team.Gain exposure to branding, events, partnerships, digital marketing, and national campaigns.Enjoy opportunities for professional growth as our organization continues to expand.If you're a highly organized marketing professional who combines creativity with strong execution and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and become part of the Cooper&Hunter team.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offRetirement planEmployee discountBase salary starting at $70,000, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 20%.This is an in-person position.
