This position will have responsibility for ensuring compliance with internal and external H&S requirements on Hearne’s 2nd and 3rd shift. This position will support the H&S Manager in understanding and strategically reducing H&S risk to Hearne off-shifts via proactive and continuous improvement efforts. A primary focus of this position will be ensuring EHS and job task training is effective and completed on the off-shifts. Additionally, this role will be responsible for incident management / investigations for incidents occurring during off-shifts.
