The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Workday integrations in production, navigates Workday’s tenant model and security framework with confidence, and writes well-structured Studio integrations that are easy to maintain. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nFive or more years of Workday integration development experience.\nDeep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.\nStrong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.\nHands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.\nStrong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.\nExperience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.\nFamiliarity with calculated fields and custom report design.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday Pro Integrations certification.\nExperience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll.\nFamiliarity with Workday Extend.\nExposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.\nExperience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce).\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
