Magic, we'd love to meet you.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs Controller, you'll provide strategic leadership for the organization's accounting and financial operations while helping ensure American Training remains financially strong so we can continue transforming lives.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead all accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, contract and grant accounting, purchasing, and internal controls.\nPartner with executive leadership to develop budgets, analyze financial performance, improve systems and processes, and provide meaningful financial insights that support organizational decision-making.\nEnsure compliance and financial integrity by maintaining GAAP standards, supporting successful audits, overseeing funding and billing requirements, and strengthening internal controls.\nMentors and directs the daily work of a diverse team, ensuring all work is processed efficiently and meets internal monthly close schedules while championing our WOW!
