This position will primarily support applications developed in .NET Framework 4.8 while contributing to the design and development of modernized solutions using .NET 10. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with C#, Microsoft SQL Server, and T-SQL, along with the ability to troubleshoot production issues, support integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable application solutions.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDevelop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise applications, SQL Server databases, and business-critical integrations while ensuring application reliability and data integrity.\n\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications developed using C# and .NET Framework 4.8.\n\nDevelop new application functionality and modernized solutions utilizing .NET 10 and current Microsoft development practices.\n\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into reliable, maintainable application solutions.\n\nModify and support web applications, background processes, scheduled jobs, APIs, web services, and system integrations.\n\nDevelop clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code aligned with organizational standards.\n\nParticipate in modernization initiatives transitioning legacy application functionality into current .NET technologies.\n\nWrite, maintain, and troubleshoot complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and data-processing routines.\n\nInvestigate application and integration issues involving missing, incorrect, duplicated, or improperly processed data.\n\nSupport data imports, exports, interfaces, automated processes, and client-specific business workflows.\n\nReview SQL logic for accuracy, performance, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.\n\nThree to five years of application development experience within a Microsoft technology environment.\n\nStrong development experience with C#, .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET, and Microsoft web application technologies.\n\nStrong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures, joins, data updates, troubleshooting, and query optimization.\n\nExperience supporting existing production applications and resolving application and data-related issues.\n\nExperience working through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\nAbility to independently analyze and troubleshoot complex application and data-processing issues.\n\nStrong written, verbal, documentation, and collaboration skills.\n\nIf you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to aparish@venteon.com.\n\nWe treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
