Safety and being able to organize/ conduct safety meetings is a requirement. communication with all team members including Owner/owners rep, architects, engineers, inspectors. Hold weekly progress meetings, able to follow a master schedule /mirror the progress with a 3 week look ahead schedule.\n2 weeks paid vacation per year\n40 hours sick pay\nhealth, and dental insurance plan\nas a superintendent you will be reimbursed your mileage in your personal vehicle at current government rate or a RJS vehicle if available will be assigned to you\nJob Requirements 10 years commercial construction.
